Internal Auditor

We are seeking a full-time Internal Auditor to join our team at Balancia Ship Agency in Batam. Qualifications

  • Certified Internal Auditor
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018
  • Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in Ship Agency operations
  • Familiarity with audit standards and quality management systems
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • High integrity and professionalism
  • Male, maximum age 30 years
  • Placement will be at our Batam office

HSE Officer

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an HSE Officer at Balancia Ship Agency in Batam. The HSE Officer will ensure compliance with the port operations’ health, safety, and environmental regulations. Daily tasks include conducting safety inspections, implementing safety procedures, investigating incidents, and providing training on HSE practices.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
  • Experience in conducting safety inspections and implementing safety procedures
  • Ability to investigate incidents and create reports
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Certification in HSE management
  • Previous experience in the shipping or logistics industry
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
