Overview
ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system when an organization:

ENVIRONMENT POLICY
PT Balancia Shipping Agensi is committed to fulfill regulations related to Environmental Policy consistently implementing the ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Management System in the context of Managing the Environment by :
- Complying with applicable environmental requirements and regulations
- Preventing environmental pollution through:
a. Minimizing the use of paper for non-essentials
b. Sorting trash
c. Create a green office area
d. Efficient use of Resources
e. Keep the environment clean - Increasing employee awareness and competence in the environmental field
- Ensuring all equipment is in good condition and well maintained to prevent environmental pollution
- Improving the ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System on an ongoing basis

PT Balancia Shipping Agensi is committed to consistently implementing the ISO 45001: 2018 Workforce Safety and Health Management System by committing to :
- Comply with Law No. 1 of 1970 concerning Occupational Safety and HealthMeet all applicable government laws and regulations and other requirements related to the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health in the workplace
- Ensuring the Occupational Safety and Health of Workers and other people (vendors, clients or customers, visitors and guests) in the workplace
- Make continuous improvements to the OHS Management and Performance System in order to enhance a good OHS Culture in the workplace
- Commitment to the aspirations and participation of workers
To realize the K3 commitment to the PT Balancia Shipping Agensi environment, we will :
- Establish and maintain a sustainable Occupational Safety and Health Management System and relevant resources
- Build workplaces and workers in accordance with statutory regulations and other requirements related to OSH
- Provide adequate K3 facilities and infrastructure
